About
Peace, comfort, nature and relaxation. Bright, spacious, functional and very comfortable house ideally located on the edge of the forest and 3 km from the beach.
Space
A haven of peace nestled in greenery without being isolated, and with easy access to all the attractions of the Bay of Arcachon (beaches, Dune du Pyla, La Teste de Buch market, Cercle de Voile, shops, restaurants) via the cycle paths. A few hundred metres on foot from the Arcachon golf course. The layout of the bedrooms means that 2 or 3 families can live together in privacy. Large, childproof saltwater swimming pool (roller shutter). Heated from May to October, weather permitting. Very large living/dining room opening onto a large terrace with views over the forest. Not overlooked and absolutely peaceful. Well-equipped open-plan kitchen, utility room. 6 bedrooms (2 parents' suites + 3 bedrooms with double or 2 single beds + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds), 3 bathrooms + 1 shower room. Summer kitchen (bar, plancha, fridge, microwave, etc.). Very well equipped (electrical appliances, wifi, speakers, BB equipment, etc.). Parties and noisy gatherings strictly prohibited.
Access
There is parking inside the house or outside. Quiet cul-de-sac and free parking.

Included in the housekeeping fee is: Linen & this will include: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small & large towel, shower mat & tea towel (hotel linen) During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool shutter. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. A parent and/or adult must be present when the pool is open.
