Located in the heart of the Arcachon basin in a quiet area, shops within 5 minutes by car (Leclerc, bakery, butcher's, greengrocer, wine cellar, pharmacy...) and the cinema. A few minutes walk away is a playground for children. Ideally located, it is 10 minutes by car from the beach of Pyla, the Dune du Pilat, the Lake of Cazaux, and Arcachon, and 15 minutes from the ocean beaches. The villa is located in a residential area. It is requested to maintain a reasonable level of noise and not to cause any disturbance at night.

Come and spend a dream holiday in this magnificent 14-bedroom villa at the gateway to the Ocean Beaches, with great facilities, ideal for holidays with family or friends on the Arcachon basin. The main villa is composed of 3 bedrooms and a cabin with 4 bedrooms, you have at your disposal 1 shower, 1 washbasin and a separate toilet in 3 of the bedrooms.
Space
The main house has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo and filter coffee machine), a table for 14 people, an indoor bar, a living room with a large screen TV and a pellet stove, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Adjacent to the living room, we offer a sauna and a jacuzzi. In the outbuilding of the house (the cabanon), you will find the 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and toilets. Outside: Adjacent to the Cabanon, a summer kitchen with plancha, fridge, sink, gas fire and barbecue will allow you to enjoy a typical south-western atmosphere. A swimming pool with an alarm (unheated pool) is open from May to September. On the covered terrace, you will find an outdoor table for 14 people and on the terrace next to the living room, the garden lounge.

Private parking for 8 cars. Please note: the villa is close to a road, a slight inconvenience may be caused. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, please maintain a reasonable noise level. We don't allow parties because, although the house is very quiet and out of sight, it is located on a housing estate. We don't allow parties at all. Included in the housekeeping fee is: Linen & this will include: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small & large towel, shower mat & tea towel (hotel linen) During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
