Although this locality is administratively located on the immense territory of the municipality of La Teste-de-Buch, Pyla-sur-Mer is geographically closer to the city of Arcachon, of which it shares the edge of the districts of Abatilles and Moulleau until the foot of the dune of Pilat.

About
Magnificent 170m² villa with 28° heated swimming pool (10X4) on 180m² terrace. Exceptional view of the Arcachon basin. Idyllic location in a private estate (private entrance to the estate). Quiet location where it is pleasant to relax. 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Space
Villa with 3 large bedrooms (2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & the 3rd bathroom is separate) and a large living room overlooking the Arcachon basin. There is also a table tennis table, barbecue and sun loungers. The villa is not overlooked by neighbours and has private parking for 4 cars. Cycle path right next door. The swimming pool is heated in July and August (optional heating available in June at an additional cost). Rental is from Saturday to Saturday in high season, there is the possibility out of high season to book on other days, thank you to contact me.

Other information
Household linen is included in the price and includes: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small and large towel, shower mat and tea towel (hotel linen). VERY IMPORTANT: We do not accept non-swimming children or pets. During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. A parent and/or adult must be present when the pool is open.
