Welcome to my apartment! Located in the heart of Barcelona, in the bustling neighbourhood of El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, this fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment spans 65m2. It offers convenient access to La Sagrada Familia and is perfect for groups of four. The surrounding area is trendy among locals and tourists, with numerous small shops and eateries scattered throughout. However, please note that the lively nature of the neighbourhood may not be suitable for those sensitive to loud noises. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living area where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Barcelona. Enjoy your favourite shows on the TV or have meals at the dining table. The kitchen, though compact, is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare full meals. Feel free to use the coffee machine and enjoy a warm cup of java. Both bedrooms feature double beds, built-in wardrobes, and windows that allow natural sunlight to fill the space. Clean linens are provided to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is small but well-ventilated, equipped with a walk-in shower. Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience. Rest assured that the apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Good at responding to supplies. For example, we needed a baby arm. Which the host had ordered for us online. The apartment was in good condition, private and modern. Nice neighborhood.
