Welcome to my apartment! This modern and tastefully decorated apartment is the perfect getaway for a small family vacation or couples. It has an open floor plan that creates a spacious and comfortable environment. The living room features a restful sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. You can also relax on the private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, for all your cooking needs. The apartment also has a washer for your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured that the apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
