Staying in this comfortable apartment, you will be close to many of Valencia's main sightseeing areas such as the Cabanyal neighborhood as well as Calle La Reina, Malvarrosa Beach, Paseo Marítimo and L'Oceanogràfic. The living room has a cozy sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite TV show after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils and cutlery to prepare a good meal. It is also a great space for dining. The property has three bedrooms: two doubles and one single. All are equipped with hotel quality bedding for a comfortable rest. The bathroom is well ventilated and has all the basics. There are fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment for your personal convenience. Enjoy your stay.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). NOTE: The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator!
