This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Liverpool is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient holiday home. The apartment is on the seventh floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room boasts a sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The apartment also offers a balcony perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washer, a clothes dryer and an ironing facility to meet your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have a double bed, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and an ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. There is construction nearby property therefore expect some construction noises to occur during the daytime on weekdays. Enjoy your stay!


Access

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
