Welcome to my apartment! The fully furnished apartment is centrally located near various top attractions in La Rochelle such as the La Rochelle Aquarium, Royal Gate and many more! Only a 7-minute walk to the central market, the Vieux Marché, where you can enjoy all kinds of fresh products, especially fish and seafood! The bedroom features a double bed and is complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. At the same time, the living room has a comfortable couch, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals including a coffee maker, and a microwave. The apartment also comes with a washing machine should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
