Superb, brand-new 30m² studio tastefully decorated in a modern style, located in Poitiers city center. The apartment comprises a large main room with a real sofa bed and a mezzanine with a second double bed (sleeping 4 in total). It has a living area with a dining table and flat-screen TV (WiFi and internet connection included). The apartment also features a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Thanks to a small private patio, the apartment benefits from exceptional sunlight, making the living spaces extremely bright. Access
Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station.
