This apartment is located just two steps from the charming Place Sainte Croix, home to the Théâtre national de Bordeaux Aquitaine, and a mere 4-minute walk from the Gare St Jean. It boasts an ideal location for travellers. Additionally, the Tauzia streetcar station is conveniently situated at the foot of the building, providing easy access to the city centre in just 5 minutes. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for cooking delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
