This apartment is located in the heart of the pretty cobbled streets of the old town, rue des Bouchers. It is on the 2nd floor without elevator of a typical building (be careful, steep stairs!). The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is very functional, pleasant to live in and has a private parking space, underground. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - After the front door, you will find the separate WC with small sink directly on your right - Small laundry area with a washing machine - You will then find a large living room (street side) with lounge area and open fitted kitchen - On the courtyard side, you will find the bedroom with double bed and storage space - Bathroom with shower adjoining the bedroom The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.
