This two-bedroom flat is the ideal place for families and friends to stay for their vacation in this lovely city. It has a private balcony overlooking street views and is fully equipped with all amenities for a wonderful stay. The property is close to various local attractions such as Orrell Water Park and just a 5-minute walk to Orrell station! Parking included.

Welcome to my home! The flat comes with open living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. There is a dining table for four if guests wish to dine in. The space also has a large window that brightens up the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, such as an induction cooker, an oven and a microwave. Both bedrooms have a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
